Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the use of the YuktiCrat website and the way we agree custom software, app, website and consultancy projects.

YUKTICRAT / terms
01

Using this website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit malicious content or misuse another person's information. An enquiry starts a conversation; it does not by itself create a paid project or confirm a delivery date.

02

Scope and written agreement

Before work begins, the proposal or project agreement should state the features, deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment stages, timelines and support included. Project-specific terms agreed in writing govern that project, subject to applicable law. Illustrative website previews are examples of possible solutions and are not claims of completed client work.

03

Changes, approvals and delivery

Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may need a revised estimate and schedule, agreed before the additional work begins. Timelines depend on timely content, access, feedback and approvals from the client and on external services where relevant. Review milestones and acceptance criteria should be recorded in the project agreement.

04

Pricing and payments

Pay according to the accepted quotation or invoice. The quotation should identify applicable taxes and separately charged items such as domains, hosting, paid licences, messaging services and app-store accounts. Ongoing support, hosting renewals and maintenance are included only when stated in the agreement. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the agreed project terms and our Refund Policy, subject to applicable rights.

05

Branding, ownership and licences

Custom branding, source-code handover, ownership and usage rights must be defined in the project agreement. Clients are responsible for having permission to use the content, logos and data they supply. Third-party tools, open-source components and paid services remain subject to their respective licences and terms. A project does not automatically transfer rights to unrelated pre-existing materials.

06

External services and outcomes

App stores, hosting platforms, payment gateways and other providers control their own availability, approvals and policies. We cannot guarantee an external provider's approval or uninterrupted service. Consultancy and development do not guarantee a particular sales, revenue or search-ranking result. Any agreed service commitments should be set out in writing.

07

Questions and disagreements

Please contact us with the relevant project details if something is unclear or a deliverable does not match the agreed scope. We will review the concern against the written agreement and discuss a practical resolution. Nothing on this website removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates to these website terms do not automatically rewrite an existing project agreement.
